Job Type: Contractual

Job Purpose: A person with deep-rooted lobbying and networking expertise in dealing with Public sector organizations. Provides strategic oversight of the Government Relations and is responsible for government affairs strategies in the region that advances the CMPAK’s mission and goals with local, regional, provincial, and federal government departments.

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinating initiatives assigned by the HOD to establish and maintain positive relationships with different government authorities and other operators, represent the organization in matters before different government and other industry forums or industry standards agencies so that the organization’s business interests are safeguarded
BTS NOC’s Issuance which includes Normal and Escalated sites NOCs – High potential sites stuck for more than 1 year will be considered as escalated. – Obtain relevant supported document after due communication with relevant authorities for disposal of sites planned against their bylaws. – Inform Internal department about bylaws for applying NOCs. Update document / policy of ByLaws of PTA , FAB, LEAs authorities, DHAs, Askaris for applying NOC
ROW issues handling and its resolution – ROW re-concilliations with LEAs , ML&C and their respective under command departments as per secretary cabinet orders. ROW correspondence with PTA , LEAs & ML &C for settlement as per Law.Support Internal teams for any other ROW issues
Handling of Interference cases internally and externally. All interference cases handling with FAB for early Survey and resolution. Coordinate with Regulatory regional teams for survey and for enforcement actions as recommended by FAB. Coordinate with PTA HQ for early enforcement actions through their respective regional offices. Resolution of interference within TAT
Coordination with Internal Stakeholders: Regulatory(H.Qs), Regional & HQ NC and Regional G.M office. Coordination with External Stakeholders: Including but not limited to government offices and provincial ministries, PTA, FAB, DHA, KDA CAA, Cantonment Areas, Pakistan Railways, Medical & educational institution, Industrial Zone. Any other task assigned by the Line Manager/HOD.
Coordination with (LEA’s/Army/Navy/PAF) for security issues of BTS & closure / opening of sites. – Entrance/Exit permission inside cantonments/DHA’s and arranging meetings for BTS NOCs and re-conciliations
Any other task assigned by the Line Manager/HOD.
Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):

Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree preferably in Engineering/Business Administration
Work Experience: At least 10 – 12 years of working experience in similar position. The incumbent should have adequate experience on working with Government/Authority.

Job Title: Business Development Officer

Department: Govt. & Corporate Sales North/ South/ Central
Location: Rawalpindi/Islamabad
Job Type: Contractual

Job Purpose: To generate the SME sales along with individual post paid and MBB connection selling

Job Responsibilities

Achieve assigned revenue targets (GSM, MBB & ESS Products) through SME/Individual Customers.
Ensure execution of sales pipeline as per described process.
Manage customer portfolio to increase the penetration within the existing customer accounts.
Efficient use of Zong USPs as per the customer’s requirements.
Efficient use of sales tools. Optimal use of discounts.
Ensure correct customer information data for all customers on the portfolio.
Carry out daily/weekly visits to new and existing customers.
Prepare the requisite reports such as daily visit report, weekly visit plan, weekly sales forecast.
Ensure contract signing of business customers
