Lucky Core Industries Limited is hiring an HSE Officer for its Chemicals & Agri Sciences business based in Karachi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with local and national legislation (factories act, EPA, boiler law, etc.).
- Monitor and enhance ground-level operations in alignment with globally recognised systems (NFPA codes, work-at-height standards).
- Conduct and oversee the execution of risk assessments, root cause analysis, hazard identification, and mitigation strategies.
- Perform data analysis, statistical reporting, and incident investigations/reporting.
- Facilitate classroom and hands-on training sessions on fire-fighting and first-aid.
- Conduct technical safety inspections of process elements, including plant machinery and equipment.
- Deliver safety talks and minor training modules.
- Audit all segments against key elements such as management of change, permit-to-work system, LOTOTO, housekeeping, and BBS.
