Do you think you can take up the following Roles and Responsibilities?

Oversee all materials’ movement related to packaging which include receiving, issuance and returns.
Supervise unloading of vehicles of packaging materials on daily basis ensuring turned around time.
Instruct all materials storages are according to the defined standards and plan.
Interact with production for on-time materials availability according to process orders and ensure its 100% completion to achieve daily production target.
Ensure 100% safe materials handling with 0% loss of materials and machinery and zero injury.
Ensure the storage of raw material as per prescribed inventory management policies and industry’s good manufacturing practices (GMPs).
Conduct physical counting of stocks on regular basis to match the record of physical stock with the ledger.
Achieve accurate inventory on real-time basis by completing the documentation correctly.
Extend safety related trainings to maintain safe working environment.
Maintain and share the list of slow moving and dead items, manufacturing & expiry, staff attendance, and job card record etc.
Notify & follow-up with technical team for timely maintenance of equipment.
Ensure and monitor the effective implementation of ISO 9001-2000, HACCP & EMS ISO 14001.

Do you think you can take up the following Roles and Responsibilities?

Manage and timely rectify the breakdowns on the plant and machineries ensuring that the MTTR is kept at a minimum.
Discuss all the issues faced and the status of work during the previous shift.
Carry out repairs and refurbishment of any parts/assemblies which need to be replaced on the machines and manage in-house fabrication of low value assets.
Coordinate with contractors/service providers for smooth operation of the plant and timely complete the jobs assigned to them.
Place the order for any backup spare parts to keep it in the maintenance workshop.
Coordinate with the cross functional team for weekly shutdown related activities and plan the spare parts and additional resources required during the weekly shutdown maintenance activity.
Prepare and submit the shift end reports mentioning the status of the plant, notifications raised and their status, pending issues, spare parts requirements, basic RCAs of breakdowns during their shifts.
Keep a record of all daily, weekly, monthly, or annual activities / reports.
