Education : MBA/MS. in Sales or Equivalent
Experience : 12 – 15 years of experience in Tobacco Sector/FMCG in pure sales and have must handled a big team and a complete region

Skills : Must be good in sales management, distribution skills, team management, leadership skills etc.

We are looking for a ”Manager Trade Marketing” for our new businesses.

Location: Lahore
Education: Master’s or relevant

Experience: 5-7 years of experience in FMCG

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute trade marketing plans and strategies that drive sales and increase the market share of vaping products.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform product positioning and pricing strategies.
Work closely with sales teams to develop and implement promotional programs and campaigns that drive demand and support new product launches.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that product messaging and marketing materials are accurate and aligned with brand and regulatory guidelines.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of trade marketing activities, using data and insights to continuously improve results.
Manage relationships with key trade partners, such as distributors and retailers, to ensure that their needs are met and that they are fully supported in selling vaping products

Skills:

Strong understanding of vaping, including regulatory and legal requirements.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.
