Dany Technologies looking for a “SUPPORT (IT) EXECUTIVE”
Upgrading and installing Hardware & Software, Performing Troubleshooting to resolve IT issues, and maintaining our networks and servers.
- Understanding of LAN, WAN, & Wireless Network.
- Technical knowledge networking such as cable coding, network connectivity troubleshooting, IP Address etc.
- Knowledge about network essentials, windows and MAC platforms.
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone).
- Setting up accounts for new users.
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
- Testing new technology.
- Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
- Managing stocks of equipment, components, consumables and other supplies
- Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades.
- Ensure all daily tasks including backups etc.
- Set – up online meetings via zoom, Microsoft teams & Skype.
Experience Required: 2-3 years of relevant working experience will be preferred.
Location: Karachi
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
