Sana Safinaz is looking for the position of “Regional Sales Manager – South”

Job Description:

Incumbent at this position will be responsible to:

1) Enforce compliance to Retail Operations manual and organization’s policies; Highlight noncompliance and ensure resolution through appropriate intervention; Guide Store Manager for development of monthly report.
2) Manage region expenses according to the allocated budget.
3) Provide insights on retail performance, evolving consumer preferences, relevant market information, opportunities and challenges in order to drive business results.
4) Provide feedback to product and concept leads regarding new/current product lines, product requests, future arrivals and faulty products.
5) Rationalize & comprehend monthly sales targets (Zone wise) allocated by supervisor and seeks clarity (if required).
6) Check adequacy of assortment and design to size ratio.
7) Guide staff to engage customer in a product related conversation for enhancing sales performance
8) Understand/comprehend VM and BE guidelines and ensure full adherence to the same.
9) Identify potential sites for In-store Mall branding and share shortlisted sites with Marketing.
10) Collaborate with marketing for facilitation in rate negotiation and maintain follow up till closure.
11) Propose ideas to enhance the low performing store sales.
12) Manage performance of subordinates through objective setting, continuous support and feedback, and performance appraisal.
13) Create synergies and ensure seamless interaction among team members.
14) Establish training programs for staff members to improve sales outcomes
15) Create culture of accountability by ensuring that operational metrics are achieved, budgeted expenses are attained & SOPs are consistently followed
16) Resolve escalated customer related complaints as per organization’s SOPs.

Job Specification:

Qualification: MBA Marketing/ Sales/ Business Administration

Experience: 8-10 years of relevant experience preferably in Retail or FMCG sector
