Required Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum Graduate preferably Masters with 5 to 6 years of relevant experience.
- Should know how to drive the full-cycle of recruitment process from sourcing interviewing and negotiation.
- Can lead and shape Talent Acquisition strategy and ensure its alignment with Human Resources and Banks’ business strategy.
- Design induction programs and job advertisement to attract & recruit the desired quality of people at different levels and create strong talent pipelines for bank’s current and future hiring needs.
- Responsible to facilitate in developing and improvement of recruitment policies and procedures.
- Develop trusting relationships with the stakeholders.
- Should be able to create an exceptional candidate experience and stimulate employment branding activities.
Required Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding.
- Proficient in the use of social media and job boards.
- Ability to assess the value, importance, or quality of people.
- Ability to motivate, develop, and direct people as they work, identifying the best people for the job.
- Good time management skills
