ICI Pakistan Limited is hiring a Secretary for its Chemicals & Agri Sciences business, based in Karachi.
Key Responsibilities:
· Providing secretarial and administrative services to relevant HODs, including maintaining their calendars.
· Scheduling inductions for the entire Executive Team and the VP as per HR’s instructions.
· Scheduling meetings with teams of respective functions with the new member of the Chemicals business.
· Working closely with the Chemicals HR CTO to prepare the induction plan for a new team member in the Chemicals department.
· Arranging farewells and birthday celebrations in the relevant departments.
· Coordinating with Admin for booking and preparations of the Management Mess and supporting engagement activities
· Coordinating promotional events for the relevant teams, including HSE events, expos and seminars.
