Position: Floor Manager – Non Food

Location: Karachi

Requirements:

–Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably Masters.
-5 to 8 years’ experience with at least 2 years in a similar role in retail operations of Non food categories(Heavy household, Light household)

Responsibilities:

•Plan, monitor, controls, and directs all selling activities to ensure attainment of established sales targets and profit margins within or lower than acceptable shrinkage level.
•Specialized Product Knowledge of Non Food product line.
•Reviews and approves Ordering i.e. Daily, Weekly or through permanent Ordering to ensure availability of merchandise within the acceptable stocks and service levels.
•Coordinates with the buying team on negotiated promotional campaign that would require special merchandising displays.

Requirements:

BS/MS/Diploma/Certification in Digital Advertising, Media Advertising
At least 3 to 4 years of Digital Media Planning experience.

Responsibilities:

Experience with campaign management and ad serving technology, including Google Analytics.
Deep knowledge of paid search, display advertising, SEO, and social media advertising.
Develop and manage digital media plans; negotiate and purchase media
Manage the day-to-day implementation, and optimization of campaign activities
Manage campaign authorizations, budgets, and reconciliation process
Analyze research data and media/marketing information; present information
Monitor and assess ongoing campaign performance; assist in strategic analysis of campaigns
Collect and analyze data to determine appropriate media channels
Ensure all media campaigns are executed in a timely manner
Prepare and present campaign reports to management
