Indus Group of Companies required candidate for ‘’Corporate Affairs Officer’’ for its Head Office located near PIDC Karachi.
Job Specifications:
- Gender: Male
- Graduation (B. Com or related)
- Salary: Market competitive along with other benefits.
Requirements for Job Role:
*Must have knowledge related to Pakistan stock exchange, accounts, profits and shares.
*The hands on experience of E-filing on different mediums (SECP/PUCARS).
*Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook) with good typing speed.
*Assist in share register with shareholders, consolidation cases, loss of shares, manual transfers, CDC transfers, BOD meetings, distribution of dividends/profit/right shares, prepare notices and record keeping.
