Agha Steel Industries Jobs Assistant Manager Mechanical:

Agha Steel Industries is looking for ‘Assistant Manager – Mechanical‘ in Hydraulics Division. The position is based in Agha Steel Plant situated at Port Qasim, Karachi.

Education: B.Tech/B.E in Mechanical
Experience: Minimum 6 years in Operation & Maintenance of Hydraulic Equipment’s.
Skills: Read and understand Hydraulic drawings and symbols, familiarity with SAP maintenance module (preferred), proficient in cylinder jacks dismantling.

Responsibilities:

To repair and overhaul the Hydraulic Axial Piston Pump, Vain Pump, Bent Axis Pump, Gear Pump and hydraulic motors.
Maintenance and repair of hydraulic valve i.e. Servo Proportional Valve, Proportional valve, Directional Control Valve, Pressure
Reducing Valve and Pneumatic control valve
To read and review Specifications of Process Data Sheets (PDS), Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P & I D), Process Flow
Diagrams (PFD), General Arrangement (GA) Drawings & Detail Engineering.
To maintain and repair high pressure hydraulic system of earth moving equipment’s and De assemble and assemble all types of hydraulic /pneumatic cylinders.
To assist line manager in Planning, Execution of mechanical & hydraulic system with respect to Steel manufacturing divisions such as Melt Shop, Electric Arc Furnace (EAF), Ladle Refining Furnace (LRF), (CCM) continuously casting machine.
To develop a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule, to ensure full preventative maintenance is carried out and lead the team to deliver effectively.
