We are looking for a Financial Analyst.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including:
Able to communicate with offshore clients on a daily, weekly basis.
General ledger, treasury, budgeting, Incentive plans, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations, fixed asset activity.
Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
Coordinate and complete annual reports
Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Meet financial accounting objectives.
Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions.

Requirements:

ACCA Qualified
Excellent Communication
Proven working experience as Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor, or Finance Manager.
Advanced computer skills in MS Excel, accounting software, and databases.
Ability to manipulate large amounts of data.
Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to direct and supervise.
BS degree in Accounting or Finance.

We are looking for a Business Analyst.

Job Description:

Job Details

Working across the entire implementation lifecycle, defining the scope of the projects, gathering requirements, working on user stories & roadmaps, and working with project management and delivery teams to ensure the delivery of the projects.
Prior experience of working within the project management/business change team within a technology organization.
Responsible for end-to-end project delivery for the web application, software development, and system enhancement projects.

You will be leading across a variety of project elements and will be working closely with the wider team of Developers, QA Testers, and Project Managers. 3+ years’ experience of the following would be must to have.

Strong working on end-to-end full implementation lifecycle.
Experience within Agile and Scrum – Good knowledge of software development processes – Ideally good experience of using TFS
Excellent communication & stakeholder Business Analysis background.
Excellent expertise in Microsoft Visio
Strong experience working on application/software/Mobile development projects.
Good experience in leading project delivery.
