JS Bank is currently looking for “Experience Optimization Manager” and this position is responsible for proposing new technologies and processes to enable the delivery of better experience for the Lending Products, namely.
Job Description:-
- Direct accountability of creating processes & digitization of each of the Product line falling under Consumer & SME lending products.
- Ensure that issues, risks, and project change requests are managed effectively.
- Regular status updates to senior executives with the ongoing. progress of projects under the Consumer & SME lending products.
- Identifying potential areas of improvement and/or development for Consumer & SME lending products.
- Identifying pitfalls in the processes and taking steps to overcome the same.
- Track and measure product performance and program effectiveness by doing sample check regularly.
Position is based in Karachi
Experience: At least 4-5 years in similar job role
