Position: Accounts Executive
Location: Karachi
Department: Finance
Qualification: MBA – Finance, ACCA, CMA
Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience, FMCG preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• To ensure renewal of Insurance Policy with Insurance company
• To prepare analysis of rate of insurance policy with past trend
• To prepare analysis of Insurance premium v/s claim
• To ensure monitoring, follows up, coordination and reporting all insurance related matters with insurance company
• To ensure monitoring of vehicle insurance claim and insurance provision on every month along with insurance premium payments for EBM & CFL
• To prepare and arrange Risk Survey of EBM & CFL on request of Insurance Company
• To arrange revaluation of Assets EBM & CFL on the recommendation of our superior for Insurance purpose
• To ensure to process role of Group Asset controller to provide asset codes for acquisition of assets according to correct asset classes, commitment items & cost center & in order to generate asset transfer transactions in asset classes / Cost center (EBM & CFL
• To ensure recording of retirement/disposal transaction Fixed Asset Module (EBM & CFL)
• To be responsible for physically verification of completed project for preparation project costing
• To prepare project cost sheet in order to determine individual asset cost
• To prepare project assets classification with Asset Cost, Asset Class, Commitment Item & Cost Center
• To be responsible for reconciliation of fixed asset module with financial module (EBM & CFL)
• To be responsible for arrangement of vehicle lease from banks (EBM & CFL)
• To be responsible for preparation legal documents of vehicle lease (EBM & CFL)
• To be responsible for recording CWIP Lease asset transaction financial module
• To be responsible for verifications of calculations of lease vehicles rentals for recording in financial module (EBM/CFL)
• To be responsible for preparation of Insurance Provision JV both EBM & CFL before closing on monthly basis
• To be responsible for arranging risk insurance survey on request of Insurance co. for EBM & CFL
• To be responsible for arranging revaluation of Assets EBM & CFL on the recommendation of our superior for Insurance purpose
• To be responsible for managing monthly schedule of prepayment & Accrual of Insurance EBM & CFL
• To be responsible for managing group asset controller to provide asset codes for acquisition of assets according to correct asset classes, commitment items & cost center
• To be responsible for generating asset transfer transactions in asset classes / Cost center (EBM & CFL)
• To be responsible for preparation computation of disposal of fixed assets to get approvals from EBM management (EBM & CFL)
