Job Requirements

• Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior
• Minimum 1-2 years experience required

Job Responsibilities

• Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company
• Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration through calls, emails, and all social media.
• Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained
• Encouraging extant clients to purchase added products or features
• Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices
• Keep a close eye on clients’ feedback to ensure that our products and services always exceed expectations

Responsibilities:

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps
  Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets.
• Build page navigation buttons and search fields
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look.
• Knowledge of Flash animation is a plus.
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
  Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images
• Ready to learn Rive/Flare Animations.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Portfolio of design projects
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
