ICI Pakistan Ltd is hiring a Maintenance Officer (Mechanical) for our Soda Ash Business based at our Khewra Plant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compliance of HSE&S procedures and Skill improvement plan in Power House Maintenance.
- Sound Knowledge and expertise in Routine Maintenance & Overhauling of Rotary equipment including Multi stage centrifugal pumps, compressors and Steam Turbines.
- Effective utilization of maintenance teams and resources.
- Formation and execution of maintenance regimes and Root cause failure analysis.
- Maintain spares inventory for Critical machines (Pumps, Gears, Turbines and Compressors) to meet targeted equipment availability.
- Effective utilization of Capex and CRE (Revenue expenditure, Inventory & Manpower Overtime).
- Execution of improvement projects.
Other Skills:
- Multitasking and able to manage various teams at a time
- Basic computer skills like Microsoft Office, SAP, and Outlook etc.
- Sound Knowledge of Engineering standards and codes
