Regional Manager Punjab – Code (RMCP)

The GM will be responsible for overseeing the people, processes and operations of entire regional restaurants. Drive excellence in day to day operations of region. Coach, recognize and motivate Area managers and Restaurant Teams. He will plan and set goals of his respective Area Managers while focusing problem solving /process improvement for meeting the brand and food standard.

Experience: 8 to 10 years of Area Manager position in Restaurant, Hospitality and Retail industry.
Qualification: Minimum Bachelors / Diploma in Hospitality

Area Managers – Code (AMP)

Will be responsible for overseeing people, processes, and operations of multiple restaurants in the region. Coach, recognize and motivate managers and restaurant teams. He/She will plan and set goals of his/her respective stores while focusing on in-store problem solving/process improvement for meeting brand standards.

Experience: 4 to 7 years of restaurant/store manager position in restaurant/hospitality or retail industry
Qualification: Minimum Bachelors/Diploma in Hospitality

Restaurant Managers – Code (RMP)

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing all restaurant operations, which includes sales, staff management, procurement of food, supplies, equipment and general maintenance and upkeep of the dining areas, kitchen and exterior grounds of the restaurant. In addition, the RGM will be involved in scheduling of staff, decisions regarding the menu, budgeting, accounting and other financial matters, promoting and advertising the restaurant and dealing with the legal and regulatory issues involved in running a business.

Experience: 2-3 years of extensive experience with restaurant employment and management would be preferred
Qualification: Diploma in Hospitality preferred

Quality Assurance Executives – Code (QAEP)

5 -7 years of experience including QA process checklists, standards documentation and audits of various outlets.

Project Site Supervisor- Code (PSSK)

8 – 10 years of experience supervising old outlet sites during remodeling or new outlet sites construction

Restaurant Site Supervisors- Code (PSSP)

8 – 10 years of experience supervising old restaurant sites during remodeling or new restaurant sites construction.

Maintenance Supervisors- Code (MSP)

8 -10 years experience supervising maintenance works in both hot & cold equipments in a restaurant.

Oven Technicians- Code (OTP)

7 -8 years of experience in repairing ovens in a restaurant

Cold Equipment Technicians- Code (CET)

7 -8 years of experience in repairing cold equipments in a restaurant

Ability to lead a team of senior professionals
Should be a graduate from a reputable university
Have experience in a similar capacity of 5-7 years
Extensive knowledge of call center operations

Call Centre Agents – Code (CCAK)

Must have excellent communication skills in English and Urdu Language. Should be a good listener and multi-tasker as well
Experience: 1 – 2 years
Qualification: Intermediate or above

Talent Management Executive – Code (TMEL)

5 – 7 years of experience in complete recruitment cycle, on-boarding, manpower planning, HR policies, job descriptions, organization charts, employee relations.

Organizational / Learning & Development Executive – Code (ODEL)

5 – 7 years of experience in staff training & development activities, training needs analysis, IDPs, performance appraisals, setting KPIs.

The Supply Chain Leader will direct the organization’s overall supply chain operations, including purchasing inventory of raw materials, selection of vendors and distribution of goods. The qualified candidate will evaluate past performance data to forecast demand and adjust purchasing. Being a Supply Chain Leader, you will need to develop strategic plans to improve productivity, quality and efficiency of operations. You will be required to create functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develop budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall department function is a must. To be a Supply Chain Leader requires 5+ years of leading a Supply Chain department and managerial experience. Preferred food, F&B or retail industry experience with ever-changing demand of hundreds of SKUs weekly.

Senior Supply Chain Executive – Code: SCEK

The role is responsible for handling purchase orders, follow ups, payments and management of commitments, reporting on non-performance of service providers / vendors , purchase of goods, materials and services as well as ensuring compliance with the treasury policies and regulations. Also prepares monthly reports.
