Position: HR Associate
Main Responsibilities
This position is responsible for managing, implementing, HR-Admin Related Operations through centralized COE
- This position is also responsible for overall Administrative matters of Territory and reporting to the Admin Affair Manager in all kinds, also providing support to  HR-Admin    audit and third party compliance in lines as per business requirements.
- Â Administer all the generalized tasks of the Admin team for Facilities, Equipment, benefits administration (Employee expenses), and provide support fleet
- Responsible for monthly payment of the services vendors as per agreement.
- OPEX & CAPEX Business Planning & Execution & Management.
- Facility Management, Repair and Maintenance, Agreements, Petty Cash, Janitorial Staff, Pool Car Management, Vendor Management, Monitor the processing of courier, Landline, Cellular, vehicle expenses & fuel invoices centrally for all territories.Â
- providing support to COE Admin Team to ensure the execution of operational tasksÂ
- Event Management – COD, Engagements activity,Â
- Supervisor and responsible to ensure Compliances.
- E Leave and attendance, Manage the e leave and attendance system, providing support to Reward team to execute the comp and ben operations.
