At Multinet we are looking for an Assistant Manager – Projects in Karachi, which entails organizational assistance through its different stages and/or aspects, as and when needed.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Analyze strategic initiatives with the stakeholders and recommend way forw ard plans to the management as per agreed timelines.
- Work with stakeholders to formulate organization wide processes and SOPs and implement them as per agreed timelines.
- Carry out the tasks assigned by the line management as per agreed time lines throughout the year.
- Develop and execute Training, Career development and team management prog ram throughout the year.
Requirements:
- Bachelors/Masters with at least 2-3 years of experience in the similar role preferably.
- Excellent Communication skills
