Responsibilities: Incumbent should be responsible for:
- Ensure Production (Shoes in Pairs) on time.
- Ensure Daily, and monthly production target and its achievements.
- Productivity of each lines on floors.
- Ensure Shipment to be closed on time.
- Ensure skill set of each line up to the mark.
- Ensure manufacturing cost in control.
- Maintain Discipline on floor.
- Work on operations effectiveness.
