The Punjab Provincial Cooperative Bank Limited (PPCBL), a leading Bank in theCooperative Sector having wide network of branches. with Head Office at Lahore requires services of a President/Chief Executive Officer who can lead the institution and bring about financial, structural and operational reforms to make PPCBL a premier financial institution in its line of business:-

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
The incumbent applying for the captioned assignment must meet the following criteria:

Qualification: Should have minimum qualification of graduation or equivalent Degree in the discipline of banking, finance. economics business administration and related fields.
Experience: Must be a career banker having at least 5 years of experience at senior level as EVP and above or equivalent i.e. Group Head of Financial I Business Line in a Bank and possess expertise and skill set to undertake responsibilities of the position effectively and prudently. Candidates having experience of Rural Micro-Finance /Agri.Financing shall be preferred.
Besides the candidates should be able to pass Fit & Proper Test circulated by State Bank of Pakistan (http://www.sbp.org.pk/bprd/2007/Encl-FPT-C4.pdf)
Age Limit: Minimum=40 years, Maximum=65 years.
Pay Package: As per Management Position Salary Package Negotiable depending upon the qualification & experience of the person selected.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

Only short listed candidates will be contacted for further deliberations. No TA/DA shall be admissible. Selected candidate shall be offered 03-years contract. The selected candidate will need to meet “Fit and Proper Test” criteria for Chief Executive Officer by the State Bank of Pakistan.
