We are hiring for the Position – Deputy Manager Talent Acquisition & OD
Responsibilities include:
- Leading the end-to-end recruitment process for all management and non-management positions
- Coordinating with hiring managers to understand their requirements while recruiting
- Developing a recruitment strategy for all positions and ensuring it is implemented
- Organizational Development initiatives and operations
- Devise and implement talent management program as per organizational needs
- Manage training needs assessment and employee capability development
- Develop improvement plans in-coordination with HRBPs
- Conducting Employer Branding activities on various platforms
- Conducting employee moral survey, analyzing the findings and then proposing an action plan
Skills:
- Excellent communication
- Training & OD related content development
- Team & Stakeholder management
Minimum Experience: 5 years
Qualification: BBA / MBA
