Position: SAP Manager
Requirements:
- Masters degree/BS (preferably MSC- IT/MBA- IT/BS- IT)
- 10+ years of experience (4 — 5 years of experience of leading a cross functional SAP teams)
Overall Responsibilities:
- Lead efforts to understand operational health, customer satisfaction and build awareness of opportunities & risks, formulating, organizing, and monitoring interconnected projects/work streams. Validate & advise on the overall solution architecture of the proposed solutions.
- Participate in project review & governing committees. Lead diverse teams comprised of business stakeholders, subject matter experts, shared services groups, product & integration vendors, and core team members.
- Lead the project end to end from planning through implementation including resource planning, scope definition, financial management, benefit analysis and schedule.
- Conduction of project planning activities & management of execution plan & ensure creation of integrated project plans associated with developing new SAP solutions as per scope.
- Risk analysis & contingency plan establishment to identify trigger events, prepare risk matrix. Monitor plan & highlights anticipated issues or slippage. Formulates recovery plan or assessing impact if not recoverable & escalates as appropriate.
