Bykea is hiring “Marketplace Ops BI Analyst” based in Karachi.

Overview: We are looking for someone who has relevant experience in Commercial division is not constrained by
conventional practices and is able to think out of the box. We are looking for someone who is not afraid to
experiment and develop new mechanisms; someone with a proven track record of delivering new and
unique propositions.

Position Specific Overview:
Job Role – This position will be based in Rawalpindi and tasked with these main objectives:

Consolidate, clean and analyze data from large disparate data sets, queries, and reports present in operational and financial systems.
Conducting exploratory analysis to identify levers for business growth
Learn and execute predictive analysis through various business models
Benchmark performance of regions to provide feedback to further improve performance
Responsible for developing and executing tools to monitor and report on data quality
Working with cross-functional teams to structure problems, identify appropriate data sources, extract data and develop integrated information delivery solutions.
Play key role in medium to large projects (e.g. data modeler, data architect).
Providing technical support in all phases of BI projects: from discovery and planning through implementation and delivery.
Become responsible for regular dashboard

Requirements – What you roughly look like as a professional:

Experience & Qualifications:
a. MS/BS degree in CS/MG Sciences
b. Min 1 year of experience
c. Experience working with Geospatial data
d. Experience working as an Operations analyst
Skillset:
a. Proficient with SQL Server Management
b. Proficient with T-SQL including stored
c. Power BI / Tableau / Qlikview
d. Handson on Geospatial data
Personality
a. analytical thinker
b. attention to detail
