Position: Senior Officer / Officer Admin
The primary focus of the job would be:
- Facilitate in the effective implementation of best in class administrative practices
- Administer staff and worker mess and ensure effective management
- Manage Company pool vehicles, pick & drop of employees, repair & maintenance of staff vehicles.
- Supervise housekeeping and horticulture activities
- Handle affairs of worker’s hostel, family colony and guest management employees’ residence
- Interact with concerned stakeholders and ensure timely processing of utility bills, rentals etc.
- Facilitate in employee engagement activities Individual must possess following
Skills & Competencies:
- Well versed in ERP (Oracle based) and Ms. Office (Excel, Word)
- People Management, Teamwork
- Proactive, Service attitude
Qualification & Experience Required: Bachelors degree from an HEC recognized institute with 5-7 years experience in administration department in a reputable manufacturing concern
