POSTION: ASSISTANT MANAGER RESEARCH & DATA CELL
LOCATION: KARACHI
The Job: The ideal candidate will be the “eyes and ears” for Changan in term of business operations and future strategy planning. The candidate should be able to contribute in year on year market share enhancement by crafting mid/long-term strategy that identifies key products and target segments. The candidate should be abl to gather and report auto market data, perform demand trend analysis for Changan as well as overall market based on socio economic and policy factors.
The Requirements: The incumbent should be atleast BS / BBA , Statistics, Actuarial with 2 – 3 years of experience in market research statistical analysis. Engineers with an MBA are also encouraged to apply. Excellent analytical skills, a high degree of business acumen and strong organizational, communication and presentation skills will be required.

Position: Area Sales Manager – South | Central | North Regions
The Job: The person will be responsible for achieving assigned sales target in respective sales’ zone & monitor retail sales operation at 3S dealerships in assigned region. Plan, forecast, drive and achieve revenue targets while taking along stakeholders. Develop dealers and enhance sales and customer base by identifying and capitalizing on key opportunities. Enhance customer relations by deploying consumer — focused activities.

The Requirements: Bachelor / Master’s degree required with 3 – 5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably with an OEM / Automobile dealership.

Position: Zonal Sales Manager – South Region

The Requirements: Master’s degree required with 6 – 8 years of relevant sales experience, preferably with an Automotive / OEM industry. Strong leadership skills and ability to deliver in demanding environment.
