HOPSCOTCH a kids wear brand operating since 2014 with 31 outlets all over Pakistan is looking for a “Customer Care Executive”. The incumbent will be primarily responsible for attracting potential customers by answering product questions; suggesting information about other products; managing customer queries and complaints. Process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.

Location: Lahore, Pakistan
Eligibility Criteria:
- Requires minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferable in English Literature.
- 1-2 years’ experience is required in the domain of customer care in a reputable organization, preferably a retail business.
Should have skills set of
- Social Media Platform Handling (Facebook, Twitter etc.),
- MS Office,
- Strong communication skills,
- Knows how to “get things done”. Very strong execution skills.
