Title: Senior Executive-Deputy Manager Risk Management
Department: Risk Management
Reports to: Unit Manager Risk Management
Location: Head office, Islamabad
Deadline: 31st Dec 2019.

The ideal candidate should

• Hold MBA majors in Finance or ACCA degree from HEC recognized institute.
• Have 2 to 5 years of relevant experience of manufacturing or process industry.

Planning & Design

• Assist in planning, designing and implementing an overall risk management process
• Assist in analyzing risks as well as identifying, describing and estimating the risks affecting the business
• Assist in risk evaluation as per approved criteria
• Assist in undertaking an annual review of the risk management policy and amendments to business areas

Operational

• Preparing monthly risk reports
• Review, assess and report significant risks and issues identified or reported to department
• Liaison with internal and external auditors
• Assist in documentation, communication and implementation of the risk management framework, process and policies.

Collaborative

• Assist in providing support to key business stakeholders in implementing the risk framework
• Assist key business stakeholders in identifying and responding effectively to risks arising from internal changes or external events
• Collaborate with departments to ensure they are aware of risks relevant to their parts of the business

The ideal candidate should

• Hold MBA majors in Finance or CA degree, however additional certification or qualifications will be preferred.
• Have 10 to 15 years of relevant experience of manufacturing or process industry.

Job Responsibilities:

Planning & Design

• Plan, design and implement an overall risk management strategy, process for financial, regulatory, and operational business risks etc.
• Analyze Risk assessment affecting the business.
• Evaluate risk comparing with criteria established by management and board of directors.
• Undertake an annual review of the risk management policy for FFBL Board , communicating amendments to business areas as required

Operational

• Prepare and collate monthly risk reporting to the Risk Management Committee
• Review, assess and report significant risks and issues identified or reported by the business in line with the incident management process and assist the management in defining and agreeing remedial action
• Corporate governance involving external risk reporting to stakeholders
• Liaison with internal and external auditors
• Lead the design, documentation, communication and implementation of the FFBL risk management framework, process and policies

Collaborative

• Provide support to key business stakeholders in implementing the FFBL’s risk framework
• Assist key business stakeholders in identifying and responding effectively to risks arising from internal changes or external events
• Collaborate with Head of departments to ensure they are aware of risks relevant to their parts of the business
