JOB DESCRIOTION:

• Sells company product by establishing contact and developing relationships with agencies.
• Maintains relationships with agencies by providing support, information, and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities, recommending profit and service improvements.
• Meeting Monthly sales targets.
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Taking and generating orders from the agencies by visiting them regularly and managing recoveries and backup in the market
• Maintaining relationships with the existing agencies and increase order volumes
• Generation of Daily Sales Report and submitting it to Sales Manager.
• Discovers target markets and advantages of other companies.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

SKILLS:

• Presentation Skills
• Negotiation Skills
• Prospecting Skills
• Time Management Skills
• Interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 2 years of experience from Insurance setup/real estate will be plus point.

Qualification: B.A/MBA

Salary: 35k plus incentive with other company benefits (Medical, bonus etc)
