Position Title: Associate – Corporate Sales

The ideal candidate for the job will be solution oriented in order to provide excellent customer service experience and get to the root cause of customer complaints with ease.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward corporate customers at all times.
- Respond promptly to corporate customer inquiries.
- Take strong follow up on orders.
- Manage large amounts of outgoing calls.
- Acknowledging and resolving corporate customer complaints.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service.
- Resource needs to be highly responsible, vigilant and active on work groups.
Requirements:
- Fresh grads or relevant experience in a similar field
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Should be comfortable with flexible timings.
- Good decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Rotational shifts availability.
