Education: Special Training in Kindergarten/Preschool Education and Early years qualifications from any of the following:
- Ed / M.Ed in ECE (Early Childhood Education – mandatory)
- ECCE (Early Child Care and Education)
- EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage)
- Montessori Education (mandatory)
- Playschool / Jolly Phonics (mandatory)
- Full Command over Syllabus, Activities, Events, Training and Techniques Employed for Pre-Primary & Primary Level Education
Major Responsibilities:
- Lead Teaching & Learning, holding responsibility for Educational Standards.
- Managing, having Oversight of Routines, Communications and Events, Seeking ways to Improve Organizational Effectiveness.
- Driving Academic Programs and Ensuring it is Integrated into the wider practice of the School
- Curriculum Designing & Development
- Ensuring High Standards of Professional Practice & Quality of Teaching
Skills:
- English Language fluency (spoken & written)
- IT – MS. Office (word, excel, power point, adobe) G-Drive
- Social & Interactive
