Eligibility Criteria: Qualification: Preferably Master’s degree in the field of Banking, Finance or Information Technology.
Experience: Preferably 02-04 years’ customer services and/or banking services experience.
Job Description:
- To perform excellent banking services to meet customers’ requirement;
- To manage floor traffic of the branch;
- Transferal of routine counter transactions to digital platform;
- To apprise, encourage and assist customers, while they are utilizing auto/digital banking service solutions provided by the Bank;
- To acquire customers and cross-sell Bank products to NTB and existing customers.
Salary: Market competitive salary
