JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Sells company product by establishing contact and developing relationships with agencies.
- Maintains relationships with agencies by providing support, information, and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities, recommending profit and service improvements.
- Meeting Monthly sales targets.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Taking and generating orders from the agencies by visiting them regularly and managing recoveries and backup in the market
- Maintaining relationships with the existing agencies and increase order volumes
- Generation of Daily Sales Report and submitting it to Sales Manager.
- Discovers target markets and advantages of other companies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
SKILLS:

- Time Management Skills
- Interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
EXPERIENCE: Experience from Insurance set up/real estate will be plus point.
JOB TYPE: Full-time
SALARY: Rs 25,000.00 to Rs 30,000.00 /month plus incentive with other company benefits (medical, bonuses etc.)
