Title: Deputy Manager

Experience: 5 years+ in Product Development preferably in Banking & Payments domain. Well versed in Payment Systems & related technologies.
Reports to: AGM Enterprise Initiatives

Responsibilities:

Design products/services & manage existing product portfolio to meet business needs
Implement business solutions & liaison with internal/external stakeholders throughout product journey
Assist in identifying new business opportunities for collaboration & partnership
Assist in preparation of concept paper, product paper, BRD & business feasibility report for initiatives to be presented to management
Work with PMO team for implementation & launch of new products/services
Act as point-of-contact for internal/external stakeholders for designated products
Work closely with Business team in pitching products to banks/stakeholders
Analyze & propose enhancements in processes
Conduct market research, identify emerging industry trends & assess domestic use cases in payment landscape

Liaison between internal/external teams to ensure timely responses to customers & product/service enablement
Create & prioritize “pipeline” of opportunities to increase revenue
Support in closing business deals by coordinating requirements; developing/negotiating contracts; & integrating contract requirements with business operations
