Job Role & Requirements:

• Assist in the employee engagement activities, training programs and recruitment activities including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, conducting initial screenings, maintain interview tracker & conclude hiring for IT department
• Manage and maintain the executive calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks by coordinating with admin department, handling correspondence, and ensuring a well-functioning work environment
• Assist in the preparation of MIS and data entry for internal teams
• Assist the IT team in organizing sessions, webinars/workshops in coordination with the stakeholders
• Ensure document & MIS management and organizing meetings
• Assist in drafting internal communications of IT department
• Exhibit proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, outlook)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent verbal/written communication
