Graduate Trainee Program for the year 2020/21:
We invite fresh (or recent) graduates of leading Pakistani Universities interested in the fields of Accounts & Finance, Internal Audit for IT and Human Resources. Applicants meeting the below criteria shall be entertained:
Degrees: Bachelor’s in Accounts & Finance / Human Resources (4 year degree programs), ACCA Qualified, or Bachelors/Master’s in Computer/Software Engineering, Information Systems / Information Security (For Internal Audit)
Experience: Fresh or not more than one-year experience
Program Details:
- It will be a 30 month program and a bond for the same tenure will be compulsory for the offered candidate to sign upon on boarding.
- Salary will be Rs. 37,000/- per month during probation of 3 months and after confirmation it will be Rs. 45,000/- per month.
The initial step in the process is a written assessment, which will be held at a suitable venue with all COVID-19 SOPs’ in place. Our team will conduct a brief presentation about 1LINK before the start of the test. Successful applicants of the test shall move forward to the interview process.
