Urgently required “RF Manager 2G/3G/4G” based at Lahore. Candidate must have RF optimization and planning experience for at least 11-12 years.
Responsible for:
• Must be excellent Technical Expertise especially for 2G/3G and 4G.
• At least 3 years of managerial/lead technical experience of 3G/4G
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for CxO meetings
• Good experience of Technical project planning, execution and delivery
• Good Team building and Resource management skills
• NPM and Roll out project delivery
• Customer interaction and Complains handling
• Good experience of special features and trials
• Good experience of end to end project delivery
• Innovative and proactive approach
