Position : Assistant Manager – Alumni Relations
Ziauddin University is seeking applicants for the Alumni Department.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain regular communication with alumni through social media, emails, and events to keep them connected with the institution.
- Organize and coordinate alumni events, such as reunions, networking events, guest lectures, and fundraisers to foster alumni relationships.
- Maintain an up-to-date alumni database, including contact information, career details, and engagement history for easy access and communication.
- Encourage and facilitate the development of alumni networks and chapters to promote regional or professional alumni groups.
- Engage alumni in mentorship programs, guest speaking engagements, and job placement efforts to assist current students in their career development.
- Conduct surveys and gather feedback from alumni regarding their experiences, needs, and suggestions for improving the alumni relations program.
- Work closely with different departments to integrate alumni into institutional programs, such as academic events, industry partnerships, and student development initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s in any discipline.
Experience:
- 2-3 years relevant experience of the Alumni Department in an education institution.
