Zameen Pakistan Jobs Executive Support Officer is urgently looking to recruit a skilled professional for its ‘Executive Support Officer’ position.

The applicant selected for this post will be responsible for maintaining executive’s agenda and assist in planning day-to-day matters pertaining to visa support, banking cheques and appointments. Moreover, the incumbent will be required to receive and screen phone calls and redirect them as and when appropriate. He (or she) will also handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondences (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).

Other responsibilities include making travel arrangements for executives; taking dictation and writing correspondence; keeping record/filing of documents on a daily basis; operating and maintaining office equipment; and professionally greeting and receiving guests and clients.

To be considered for this position, the candidate must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Further, he (or she) must be pro-active and capable of meeting deadlines.

Location: Lahore
Education: Graduation/Masters
Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience
