Position: Deputy Manager (Network and Security)

Qualifications:

Education: BS in Computer Science (BSCS)
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a relevant role

Location: Landhi, Karachi

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage incident reporting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify and resolve infrastructure issues.
-Ensure smooth operations of LAN/ WAN/ WIFI infrastructure, including routers, switches, SSL VPNs, and Next-Gen Firewalls; manage inbound and outbound traffic and security policies.
-Provide guidance and supervision to the IT team, including after-hours support to ensure 24/7 network availability.
-Liaise with vendors for deployments and troubleshooting, manage SLAs, and lead network projects from design through implementation.
-Design and implement new network solutions, prepare technical documents post-implementation, and provide regular progress reports.
-Assist in building cost-effective infrastructure solutions, analyze current IT services, propose modifications, and optimize team efficiency.

Position: Senior System Administrator (System and Servers)

Qualifications:

Education: BS in Computer Science
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a relevant role

Location: Landhi, Karachi

Key Responsibilities:

Configure servers, manage users and policies, monitor performance, and ensure system availability and reliability.
Oversee local, cloud, and Office365 environments; manage email security, including firewall configurations; troubleshoot issues and provide user support.
Administer domain hosting and DNS records.
Lead and mentor the IT support team; provide after-hours support to users domestically and internationally as needed.
Ensure smooth operation of the data center and UPS systems.
Oversee and manage VMware environments.
Configure and manage NAS/SAN storage solutions.
