MBA with 3-5 years of experience with FMCG, preferably food based company. Ability to lead a brand while developing, tracking and converting consumer and market research and analysis into insights; develop sustainable brand strategies and actionable plans to meet growth targets; problem solver and achiever of results while focusing on brand contribution in net sales; clear, concise in communication and persuasive in style; ability to build strong relationships with agency, cross-functional teams, and vendors; identify opportunities in market / channels for brand promotion; can develop brand projects’ brief and evaluation. Measure ongoing equity of the brand and making adjustments as necessary; develop and keep track record of all POS material and brand assets. Establish brand best practices by keeping proper documentation with regards to monthly brand activities.

Graduate with 4-6 years of experience in brand activation planning, execution and multiple vendor management with successful and proven track record of Managing BTL activities nationwide, preferably with a food-FMCG company. Ability to work in a team environment and have leadership and planning skills. Should know how to drive brand awareness during activation activities, brand activation dynamics, closing and can generate post activation reports / analysis. Must be willing to travel for activation activities and able to work with a flexible schedule.
