Position: Executive Headend
Role Overview:
The primary purpose of this role is to manage and maintain all administrative & operational activities in Headend.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring & Troubleshooting of ATV and DTV services.
- Satellite Dish Installation & alignment for Signal acquisition.
- CRM & Field Staff Complaints handling regarding ATV and DTV services.
- Coordination with vendors and system support engineers of all equipment issues.
- Configure and Manage Verimatrix / Gospell / ABV Conditional Access System for digital services for different domains.
- Installation/Configuration/Trouble shooting of all headend equipment of different vendors including (DEV, APPEAR TV, CISCO, ARRIS)
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in BCS (Computer Science), B.Sc (Engineering) or BS (IT).
1 ~ 2 Years NOC or 1 ~ 2 Years Operation Jobs experience in IT / media houses.
