WE’RE HIRING! TERRITORY SALES OFFICERS – LAHORE
The Sale Officer is responsible for managing the company business within specified territory. He would provide leadership to the team of order bookers in order to drive sales objectives and other related tasks assigned by the company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Monitor and manage all sales activities within the assigned territory.
- Ensure effective development and productivity of field workforce.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with existing Distributors, Retailers, and Wholesalers.
- Conduct market surveys to gather information on competitors and consumer preferences.
- Ensure timely placement and delivery of sales orders to the designated customers.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports as assigned by the line manager.
- Ensure maximum product availability, visibility, and merchandising standards at retail outlets to enhance brand presence and sales performance.
- Identify new business opportunities by on boarding potential retailers and expanding market coverage within the assigned territory.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Education:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in sales as TSO, preferably in FMCG (Snacks / Confectionery) at Lahore.
- Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience of secondary sales software.
- Hands-on Experience of order booking on Android Based Application.
