We are looking for a Deputy Manager Quality responsible for creating and proactively improving the quality framework of the company through innovation, technology and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Build, document, and maintain innovative operational processes that meet our business objectives and ensure compliance with a focus on automation and visibility
- Collaborate with all departments to ensure understanding of customer and business priorities
- Drive process & quality improvement initiatives across the organization
- Continuously create and engage in processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity through continuous audit and review as we scale
- Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when they arise
- Establish organization-wide Quality KPIs and their continuous visibility.
