- Ensure proper documentation Filing, Processing and activation of utility connections.
- Coordination with relevant authorities for rental property payments & property tax related matters.
- Responsible to maintain & follow-up Vendor Payments.
- Verify & process Projects Invoices as per BOQs.
- Coordinate with Procurement for issuance of Purchase orders.
- Follow-up with MIS/ Finance Team for on time payments.
- Regular up keeping & maintenance of facilities including offices, MSCs & business centers etc.
- Regular up keeping & maintenance of furniture and fixtures of all Warid facilities within the region or designated locations.
- Prepare monthly demand of office supplies. Grocery, Crockery, Janitorial & Stationary.
- Process admin invoices & keep proper tracking by maintain tracking sheet
- Arrangement of lunch/refreshment in board meetings & any other departments requirements
- Resolve employees queries/demands through ARMS
- Conference & meeting Room Reservations.
- Handling courier services incoming & outgoing mail record and facilitate employees.
- Handling courier invoices verification and submission for payment processing.

- Ensure assigned tasks/projects are completed in time.
- Ensure quality of assigned tasks while maintaining quantitative aspect.
- Ensure documentation compliance as per approved policies & procedures.
