Deputy Manager – 01

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
✅ Oversee and manage end-to-end garment/home textile production processes from cutting to packing.
✅ Ensure production targets are met in terms of quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
✅ Coordinate with cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing teams for smooth workflow.
✅ Monitor daily production efficiency and resolve operational issues proactively.
✅ Ensure compliance with quality standards and SOPs at all production stages.
✅ Manage manpower planning, line balancing, and productivity improvement initiatives.
✅ Prepare and review production reports and support continuous process improvements.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering / Industrial Engineering or a related field.
📌 4–7 years of relevant experience in garment manufacturing (Cut to Pack).
📌 Strong understanding of knits garment production processes.
📌 Experience working with production KPIs, efficiency reports, and quality controls.
📌 Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
