We are looking for an HR Generalist for our HR operations in Lahore.
What You’ll Do:
-Oversee recruitment & onboarding to create a great employee experience.
-Act as the primary contact for employee inquiries, handling concerns with empathy and professionalism.
-Support performance reviews, goal setting & employee development.
-Manage HR operations, documentation & benefits.
-Monitor attendance and ensure timely ERP updates.
What We’re Looking For:
-Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business Administration or related field.
-At least 4-5years of HR/operations experience.
-Strong HR knowledge, organizational skills & attention to detail.
-Proficiency in HRIS & MS Office.
