- Handle customer communications, provide product information, assist with orders and returns, and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- Bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years’ experience (preferably in retail fashion industry) and strong communication skills for handling high call volumes.
