We’re looking for a 𝐒𝐫. 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 – 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 (𝐊𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐬) to manage commercial activities related to knitwear sourcing, fabric development, and production coordination.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Textile Engineering, Textile Technology, or a related discipline.
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in the knitwear/apparel industry, preferably with a retail fashion brand.
- Expertise in knit fabric development, knitting, dyeing, finishing, and garment manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of knitted fabric structures, yarn procurement, fiber properties, GSM, stitch length, gauge, fabric consumption, and product costing.
- Good understanding of fabric testing, quality standards, shrinkage, spirality, color fastness, pilling, and GSM verification.
- Experience in knit trims, accessories, fabric approvals, vendor coordination, and Time & Action (T&A) management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
