Job posting for a Liaison Officer position at University of Management and Technology (UMT).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules/calendars concerning meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, etc.
- Prepare and manage file, documents, presentations, correspondence, etc.
- Serve as focal point for internal and external communications on behalf of Executive Management.
- Manage and follow up on action items and timelines.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of special projects and events.
Requisites:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in management/business administration.
- 0-2 years of experience preferably in coordination and support services.
- Graduates of LUMS, LSE, FAST and FC College University will be preferred.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary package: PKR. 100K+
